Our Projects

Sustainable change happens

when people work together as equals.

At mates4health, we support initiatives that are developed together with local partners and respond to locally identified needs. Some projects are time-limited and reach a natural conclusion, while others continue over a longer period and evolve through ongoing collaboration.

Ongoing Projects

Ongoing projects are initiatives we are currently supporting or actively accompanying. These projects involve continuous exchange with our partners, follow-up activities, and a shared commitment to long-term impact.

Completed Projects

Completed projects are initiatives that have been successfully finalized. While active support has ended, these projects remain an important part of our learning process and demonstrate how targeted, time-bound support can make a meaningful difference.

At mates4health, we place strong emphasis on personal commitment and local ownership. We encourage partners to first identify a locally relevant need, then develop a solution rooted in local capacities and initiative, and finally translate this idea into a project proposal. Our role is to support motivated partners in implementing well-founded ideas not to define projects based on available funding alone.

We look forward to hearing your idea!
